Sorry About this but.....

Isnt this infinitly more than Genesis (who you work for) are offering?
Genesis had a delivery of November which has since been delayed!!
I have had nothing but road traffic problems since Chorus started laying 
new cables but if that meens I can find someone who can deliver on what 
they offer then I cant complain can I.
Before you comment on their service I would kindly ask you how your 
(supposed) service differs. And until we get something from Genesis that 
proves they are not selling anything other than snake oil then I 
apologise if I appear to be sounding somewhat heavy handed.
