[CLUG] install-isp

[Donncha O Caoimh]

Andy Ferguson(sp?) mailed me to say Suse had something similar in their
6.0 distribution but it's missing from 6.1, he's sending me some
examples.
There is some interest in it and I might try and knock together a
script, even if it's just for RH over the next few days.
