Its a nice, sneeky way of building a (potential) Customer-Database.

It will cost RH a few scooters and small bags for a lot of publicity and a
nice accurate Database to prowl on, as I am sure people will enter their
correct details, just incase the Scooter gets lost in Delivery ! ! !
