[CLUG] Web link-checking under Linux

Does anyone know of or care to recommend a Web site link
checker that runs under Linux? Either remotely or in situ,
but preferably in situ, as I only need at this stage to 
check links to files in the site owner's directory. I can
probably kludge something up using dog (1) but if someone has
already done this...
