Chorus ain't DSL, I presume you were aware of that? It's wireless. AFAIK, it
can be USB or ethernet, and I doubt very much it would be as professional as
a wall socket.

No fixed IP, although I think it can be arranged (probably for a scandalous
fee). I don't know what they're using to assign IP's.
