I like the solutions offered by the guy on the telly. Put the Kids PC in the
main Living/sitting/family/Telly room, not in their room. Your presence in
the room should deter them from going to the "crustier" web sites.
As to the chat rooms? Educate them? Maybe by finding the chat room they're
in, joining it, and do a bit of role playing. It might then sink in to them
that not everyone in chat rooms is who they say they are.
