Hmm, He took it quite well.

And I do understand his opinion about supplying him with ample information,
I think we've all had emails like:
"Hi, my phone doesn't work. Regards"

Ehm. Thank you for that lovely piece of information.

Regardless, I'd recommend going for Galeon instead. Lovely browser IMHO.
