[CLUG] utvip - need the help

Hi all

Since yesterday I cannot connect to utvip. The modem connects but then
soon hangs up. In the log, I see:

LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

Could anyone please explain me what's wrong? Anybody having these
troubles? Probably some hints for ppp configuration?
Other IP providers (like oceanfree are ok). Or should I just call their
support service? 

I just know many guys here can give more useful and practical solutions,
so I ask here - sorry if it is an offtopic...
