Hot on the heels of his last article, David wrote another technical piece, 
this time on using CVS to administer /etc
I have to admit I tried this a couple of years ago. I had grand plans to have 
every machine on our network in there but alas, my interest in it wained as 
soon as the first emergency occurred weeks later and I had to do a quick fix 
on a box before getting back to software development.. It's still a good idea 
though!
