[CLUG] [OT] DSL in Blarney

[adam beecher]

Were ye going to hold off until next term anyway? If so, I don't see why it
would make a difference what with it being so close (relatively speaking)
till end of term. But it's really a case of balancing the downgrade cost of
ISDN against, well, whether the school needs access or not.
