Given the bandwidth ceiling on a domestic ISDN connection and
the rates charged, I suspect you'd be cheaper to take two or
even three accounts with UTVip and 2-3 phone lines and 2-3 modems
and just rig the server to distribute the DHCP clients between the
available interfaces with demand-dial.
