[CLUG] broadband retrenchment

Is your line still "not suitable for broadband"?
Thankfully I found out that Eircom added all the phone numbers in 
Blarney to their db without testing. They tested and my phone line 
passed! I'm now trialing Esat's DSL offering for 3 months! Might be 
worth testing again...
