Can't comment on the enterprise device support but yes, the acquisition
seems to have been handled badly on a technical level (at least);
particularly for a company as big as Novell that should have been able to
handle it with ease

And yes, the support leaves a lot to be desired, like the time I got in
touch about that monitor issue and was effectively told to bugger off,
little worm. I thought a short-term support contract would be included with
the box set. I was wrong.

Those would be the Other Other Concerns I have about the medium- to
long-term suitability of SuSE. Which is a pity really, cos I really quite
like it.
