Douglas Court shopping centre. There's a few benchs in there where you
can sit down - and there's a few cafe's in there too.

it's totally free - no voucher , no signup , nothing - just power up and go.
I was getting around a speed of about 512k - not blisteringly fast,
but enough to do work on.

there's a mesh of wifi providers in the city centre - Smart and
Eircom and i think BT Esat as well. And Bitbuzz - and all of them
require (expensive) vouchers. You can usually get a free Bitbuzz
voucher in the Bodega bar on the Coal Quay - which will give you
around 1/2 an hour.
