[CLUG] hard drive enclosure for ATA100 laptop hard drive?

i went down to maplins and they had that yoke in stock - but the interfaces
didnt
match what i had on my drive (see attached pictures)

model is seagate ST94019A

unless i pull off that grey yoke sticking out at the bottom to expose the
hdd pins?
(bit risky as i might break it...)

any idea what that interface type is - UDMA100?
