[ILUG] notification using SMS

Does anybody have any idea how I could send the 5/6 char output
of a script to my phone SMS service using one of those SMS sites that I
have heard about. Or maybe there is some facility that I could
use to forwards particular e-mail to my phone.
It is really important that I know as soon as a particular even happens
for security reasons and I doubt that I will be online when it happens.
