Hi
You will need to figure out how much space to give each OS, and
partition
the drives accordingly.
Install the Microsoft OS's first - AFAIK thy both will detect each other
and automatically sort out the dual booting.
To install Linux install as usual (swap & root partitions - etc) when it
comes to the LILO install make sure you install it to the root partition
(eg hdb1
depending on how you lay it out) and NOT the MBR (master boot record).
there is a HOWTO on it see
http://ldp.compsoc.com/HOWTO/mini/Linux+NT-Loader.html
for full details on how to use the NT loader to boot Linux.
hope this helps
Bill
