but you're not listening to the conversation at hand. a linux rescue
disk *can* read/manipulate the ntfs to a limited (yet useful) degree.
nt/dos have their limitations, but linux gets you past them.
it might be wise to stick with fat for the moment, but as the ntfs
utils get better it seems wise to consider switching to ntfs.
(then again by then will nt even be used?)
