That means the DNS server that responded to the query was not the DNS server
authoritative (or 'in charge') of that domain. Where as if you had your own
network and the DNS server was yours and you added an entry for your
machine, it would be in charge and you wouldn't get this message....think of
it as meaning 'second hand information'.
