[ILUG] OT: Forbes review of the Irish IT industry

Hmmm, makes us out to be quite tech "savvy" as a nation.
All that being said however, it still appears that it's the Americans that
actually put that "savvy" to work.
Our laid back culture would appear to have us at a disadvantage, no matter
how smart we actually are.
