[ILUG] Help on old NICs

I hope someone can help me on this..

I recently picked up two 3Com EtherLink 16TP network cards, OK, go on
laugh, but they were given to me for nothing.

Firstly, no jumpers, how do I configure them?
I have seen no drivers for these cards, do I use something like the 501
driver or thereabouts?
