[ILUG] New list?

Splitting in to a \. style discussion list and a linux-only list
would have the same effect as the linux-kernel and linux-kernel-wishlist
split : namely, linux-kernel-wishlist dried up and linux-kernel still
got long ladders about 2.3.x wishlists. It happened there, it happened
on Aikido-l, it happened on /dev/random^H^H^H^H^H tcd.talk, it even
happened on sky. Too little content for too many categories.

Not that a devnull at linux.ie wouldn't be a neat thing, it's just that
it makes more sense to wait until ilug is at breaking point from devnull 
stuff.
