 Hunt down the halt script in /etc/rc.d/init.d

 Find where it calls halt, and change the it so it calls "halt -p". On
RH6.0, it has a line at the bottom...

eval $command -i -d -p

 ... as it's a generic script, that gets called as halt. Either way, make
sure the last thing it does is "halt -p".
