I have a feeling the PLL must be locked, because when I tried increasing
the
multiplier (using DIP switches on the board), there was no speed
increase.

As far as I can see, the only options for FSB speed are 66MHz and
100MHz.

If I decrease the FSB speed to 66MHz, should I be able to shove the
multiplier
up to the maximum (5 or 5.5) ?
