[ILUG] BSD User Group Ireland

Announcing the BSD User Group Ireland [BUGI], currently a rather
grandiose term for an empty mailing list[1], and super-minimal web
page[2].

While I feel that the common goal of promoting open source unix-like
systems is shared by both Linux and BSD enthusiasts, the latter may
appreciate a list where BSD-specific discussions are definitively
on-topic 8)
