Going from 40/128 bit is ok (in the configs somewhere), Need to let
user
decide on encryption level. Guessing where the user is from isn't
worth it
as its too hard, (a .com could be from anywhere). Completely secure -
put it
on seperate machine, turn off everything save the server and ssh for
access.
