[ILUG] ISDN bandwidth: both channels?

In my limited experience (I've attempted to use ISDN with I4L to Medianet
and Esatnet) none of the ISPs are particularly clueful about ISDN. My Esat
connection still doesn't work, and Esat's answer was that fixing that would
count as consultancy i.e. give us lots of money and maybe we'll fix it.
