[ILUG] redhat Certification update....

I had heard general banter about Red hat offices in Ireland in the not too
distant future.  It is a very real possibility.  Of course it would mean
me kicking myself in the ass for not enduring the trials of North Carolina
longer on the very real chance I could have wrangled the transfer.
