[ILUG] HPT366 in linux

Hi all,
I've just upgraded to a BP6 motherboard and was wondering if anyone knows how
to get linux to see UDMA66 drives on the HPT366 controller.  It's a reasonably
big problem for me because I have my /usr on this drive.  I can still boot
linux but I can't do much because I'm missing /usr.
Any suggestions?
