[ILUG] Missing GNU tool

This reminds me of a documented security hole in AIX. You could use its
hex viewer to view any file on the system and the AIX box in the college
I attended still had that hole even though it was a few years old. Then
I went for lunch and forgot all about it of course..
Chances are the hole is still there too.
