[ILUG] mutt inmail readonly

Whenever I run mutt and try to delete/flag mail I get a "Mailbox
is read-only" error. The FAQ indicates that this is something to do with 
locking and that some program called mutt_dotlock needs to be setgid,
however this was not installed by yast and I cannot find this program
on the WWW.

I am using: Suse 6.1
qmail (with Maildirs)
Maildir in ~ with multiple other Maildirs under it (ie ~/Maildir/ilug).
~/Maildir and all files under it are world readable (mentioned in FAQ)
fetchmail (correctly downloads mail)
procmail (correctly sticks mail in correct Maildir)

Does this mutt_dotlock program need to be used with Maildirs,
(I get the impression it's intended for a single spool mailfile),
or is there another solution?
