[ILUG] esat Mk II

Has anyone got a fully working set of ppp-on, ppp-on-dialer, options,
chap-secrets and pap-secrets files for connecting to esat surf no
limits?

RedHat 6.0 base installation, will connect perfectly to Tinet, will
connect to Esat but then hangs and dies while trying to connect.
