[ILUG] Outlook/IMAP/shared folders ?

 I've been messing around with Courier IMAP, trying to get shared folders
working. Works fine now for netscape, and mutt (though mutt's IMAP idea of
the IMAP protocol doesn't seem to be the same as Netscape's and
CourierIMAP's, so there are some wierd problems).

 Anyway. I pointed someone's Outlook at the imap server, and they could
see the inbox alright, but no shared folders. There was a "Only show
subscribed folders" box, I unticked that, no difference. Anyone use
Outlook in work, with an IMAP server, that supports shared folders, or
could even guess what I'm supposed to do ?
