Here's one of the original emails to ilug-admin about Beyond 2000. Ken
defended the shop, but the user who mailed the admin list was fairly
strong in his objections to Beyond 2000 being listed on www.linux.ie.
In truth, I gotta admire Ken for being so nice to the guy...

I suspect "Ken", that it has been some time since you were in Beyond
2000, or that their entire stock was sold out by Wednesday, because
there is absolutely NO DISTRIBUTIONS OF LINUX THERE !!! Also, the
hardware as earlier discussed is still marked up as being for WIN 95
ONLY.  Are you defending them because of a personal interest, or were
you just trying to defend them because you were under the impression
that they were up to scratch ???

The fact remains that there is no sign of that shop being a Linux
hardware vendor, but only signs that suggest that it is Windows only
!!!!

Any comments ???
