That depends on what you're looking for from the hosting provider - if
all you're looking to do is plug the box in to the hosting providers
network it really doesn't matter what OS they run, be it Linux, BSD,
Solaris or even NT.   We have all those OSes in our server farm.

If you're looking for a managed server, the best suggestion would be to
ask around the various ISPs to see what's available in that line.

All of the big ISPs here mostly run either Linux or BSD or a mixture of
both in any case.
