a quick script to allow users to change their password and the .forward
file is on my homepage: http://suberic.net/~kevin.  in addition it can
allow a certain group of users to add new users.  i have no doubts
whatsoever that there is a security hole or two in it, i'd appreciate
patches on it as i have no time to really deal with it.  for my uses it
seems fine - particularly when most people have physical access to the
box - but i'd like it done right.  in particular verify and changepw
need reworking.

anyway, hope it's of use to someone else even in it's imperfect state. 
it's main aim is to be incredibly simple to use, and it's doing that
part well.
