iirc i read an interview with Jim Gettys where he said that the
WRL research lab was thinking of making the itsy available to the public,
when they found out the products group were thinking of making something
similar. so they got together and hey presto -> ipaq h3600.

must be chips that only do 16 bit. Cause MIPS is 32bit, and MIPSIII/IV are
64bit capable. (eg VR41xxx).
