Mozilla is slow. Netscape 6 is worse. There are a few ways to speed
mozilla up a bit if you're compiling it yourself, like adding "--
disable-tests --disable-debug --enable-optimize --enable-strip-libs" to
your ./configure call. Even with the debug disabled, it still seems to
send a lot of stuff to stdout on me, so I also pipe stdout and stderr to
a logfile whenever I open it.
Having said that, I like the look and feel of it, and the more recent
nightlies doesn't crash on me nearly as much as Netscrape (and not
nearly as much as earlier builds used to as well) on Solaris.

Question: Is it better to abide by the rules until they're changed or
help speed the change by breaking them?
