I don't see slower resolution times for Other People being such a
big deal... indeed, I can even see it as a feature in some cases,
if it inserts delays into certain activities. >:-)
PS. For sad people like me who like `Friends'...
They *aren't* all that common,
They *don't* happen to every domain, and
