[ILUG] Experience with Factory-Built Linux from Dell

Hi,
just a summary of my experience with this.

They installed RH 6.2
Sound card didn't work - not supported by RH6.2
They charged me for RH6.2 (of course).

I downloaded the iso images for RH7
Burnt CDROMs
Updated to RH7.

All is well.

Moral: do it yourself & keep your money in your pocket.
I had seen this as an experiment an I have certainly learned the lesson.
