Well, I've found that the ILUG server can be quite fast. Unfortunately,
it seems to be dependent on your position in the list. Data point:
I signed up at @iol.ie long before @bluetree.ie and IOL usually
gets messages a minute or two before bluetree.ie.
Now the questions is: will Colm start taking bribes to move people
up the list? :-)
