[ILUG] Installing MS apps under linux without Windows

Hi,

Is it possible to install MS apps under Linux if Windows is not
installed on the machine?

Say, for example, I had a machine with Linux installed on it, and no
windows.
Then, say, I went a bit mad, and wanted to install MS Visual C++ 6 on
the machine, and then run it using wine.
Is that possible?
