[ILUG] Regular meetings and SIGs

Given that Saturday's meeting seemed to be fairly
successful, I reckon this is relevant...

Linux.com has an article about Special Interest Groups
developing within LUGs:

Its focuses mostly on the special interests of beginning Linux
users.  However, the idea of a planned sequence of topics
is a good one.  

While ILUG is still a bit small to start breaking up into
separate 'factions', it's worth bearing in mind as we grow.
