Well my Epson Stylus 440 was really cheap, and beats the hell out of the HP
I used to have, even beats the HP1200C Professional we have here at the
office.

You probably cannot get a 440 anymore, but probably a 640/740. The 440 was
only
£119 ex VAT (and thats at PCWorld)
