Dave,
have you considered using straight imaging software ? (drive image
pro, ghost, altirus, autotool, wile yada yada) you may have to save/store
data in a seperate partition to the OS, but thats always a good thing anyway
... if you do it this way all you would have to do for upgrades is upgrade
one machine, capture the relevant partitions and multicast them accross all
clients, leaving the NT partition intact and fully funct. It is however kind
of thumbtack with a sledgehammer effort if you're only making a minor change
. . .
There are methods of only capturing the changes made, rather than
the whole partition . . . thats a whole 'nuther off-line conversation.
