IP Masq will do that.

There's an IP Masq module which allows ftp.  Just 
compile it in.

Again, there's a load of IP Masq modules for games and 
other funky apps.  Check out 
http://tsmservices.com/masq/ for more details.

It's a good idea to set up firewall rules using ipchains 
too, infact, some applications seem to require certain 
ipchains rules aswell as ipmasq.

Read the IP Masq howto, the firewall howto and the 
ipchains howto.  They explain it all pretty well.  
Actually, the IP Masq howto is probably sufficient.  
It'll get you up and running, and even covers basic 
firewalls, but if you want any decent security, then you 
should read the ipchains howto too.
