[ILUG] web frontends to mail servers ?

Does anyone know of any web frontends to SMTP/POP3/IMAP servers ?

Something a bit like hotmail and all those other free web based mailers
?

I'm about to go off and dig about on the web for it, but I just thought
I would ask first.

I remember hearing about one which was used in a school situation so
that each student could pick up their mail without having to configure
a profile on each machine they were likely to use.

Just wondering . . .
