I've xmodmapped my left windows key to be å, my right windows key to be "
(to create ö and ä and the like) and my right-click windows key (context
menu) to add fadas to get aio etc. I think most XF86Configs have scroll lock
set to Compose anyway, so you can type Scroll-lock, apostrophe, a to get a,
and scroll-lock, * , a to get å etc.

Fun and games.

You'll have to man xgetkeys, showkeys and stuff like that to get the codes.
