[ILUG] idea on list management

There is a technobabble list around, if people want to talk about techy stuff
that isn't really "on topic" (everyone's definition is different, but this is
a Linux mailing list, like it or not), slashdot headlines, Microsoft threads,
etc. should probably be stuck on this mailing list. Why the compulsion is
there to stick it on this list, is beyond me.
