[ILUG] ISDN and other connections?

I am thinking of geting a new connection to net. Can anyone please tell me
when adsl is rolling out in this country, and what is required for it? And
what experience other people have had of single line isdn?

I use Linux because it's better than Windows. Should Windows become better
than Linux, I'll use Linux for political reasons. :)
